- Account data: your name, email, and your company name and role.
- HR and compensation data you enter (employees, salaries, allowances, grades).
- Usage and technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
How we use data
We use your data to provide the total-rewards services (job evaluation, salary scales, cost, offers, pay equity), to improve the platform, support you, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data.
Security & encryption
Sensitive compensation amounts are encrypted at rest (AES) and decrypted only in the application layer, with full tenant isolation. We apply access controls and ongoing auditing.
Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and as needed for legal and accounting purposes, after which we delete or anonymise it in line with applicable regulations.
Sharing & sub-processors
We may rely on trusted infrastructure and payment providers to operate the platform, under agreements that protect your data. We do not share your data with others except with your consent or as legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, within the limits of applicable regulations. Contact us to exercise these rights.
