Acceptance of terms

By using the Wamd platform you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

The service

Wamd provides total-rewards tools: job evaluation, salary scales, allowances, company cost, an offer calculator, and pay equity. We may evolve or modify features over time.

Accounts & responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Subscription & billing

The service is offered via subscription (monthly/annual) with a one-time first-year setup fee, and tax is applied per applicable regulations. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach it, use it for unlawful purposes, or enter data you have no right to process.

Intellectual property & your data

The platform and its intellectual property remain owned by Wamd. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". Calculations (such as cost and statutory figures) are decision-support tools and do not replace your own review and responsibility. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may suspend the service upon breach of these terms. After termination we handle your data per the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Wamd operates.
